NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR APPLICATION NO. A04-2025
The Township of South-West Oxford Committee of Adjustment has received an application for Minor Variance or for permission from:

You will be provided with details to participate electronically in the Committee of Adjustment Hearing on May 6th, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. when this application will be considered by the Committee.
Nature and Extent of Relief Applied for:
Relief is requested for Lots 12 to 32, Draft Plan of Subdivision SB-21-11-4. The increased permitted lot coverage is being requested to facilitate the construction of houses consistent in size with other houses in the proposed subdivision.
- Relief from 12.2 – Zone Provisions, Maximum Lot Coverage – to increase the maximum permitted lot coverage to 45% where 30% is the maximum;
- Relief from 12.2 – Zone Provisions, Rear Yard – to decrease the rear yard depth setback to 6.0 m where 7.5 m is the minimum; and,
- Relief from 12.2 – Zone Provisions, Exterior Side Yard – to decrease the exterior side yard width to 4.5 m where 10.0 m* is the minimum (*correction made to original notice).
The subject property is legally described as PT LT 11 & 12 CON 5; TOWNSHIP SOUTH-WEST OXFORD in the Township of South-West Oxford, and is municipally known as 324032 & 324056 Mount Elgin Road. A sketch plan showing the location of the property is attached.
