Nature and Extent of Relief Applied for:
- Relief from Section 8.2.1 – Minimum Distance Separation Requirements For Livestock Barns and Structures (MDS II), to reduce the minimum distance separation requirement to the nearest Type A land use (closest residential dwelling located at 524088 Curry Road) from 452 m (1,483 ft) to 267 m (876 ft)
To facilitate the construction of a new beef barn (150,000 sq. ft.).
The subject property is legally described as PT LT 15-16 CON 3 WEST OXFORD AS IN 506072; TOWNSHIP SOUTH-WEST OXFORD in the Township of South-West Oxford, and is municipally known as 524120 Curry Road. A sketch plan showing the location of the property is attached.
