Please be advised of the following upcoming Community Hall Board Annual General Meetings (AGMs):

• Mount Elgin Community Centre: Monday, January 27th at 7:00 p.m. at the Community Centre (333204 Plank Line)
• Foldens Hall Board (West Oxford): Tuesday, January 28th at 7:00 p.m. at the Foldens (West Oxford) Hall (374091 Foldens Line)
• Salford Community Centre: Tuesday, February 4th at 7:00 p.m. at the Community Centre (383908 Salford Road)
• Beachville Parks and Recreation: February 24th at the Beachville Legion
• Brownsville Community Centre: Wednesday, March 12th at 6:30 p.m. at the Community Centre (292240 Culloden Line)
• Dereham Centre Hall: Wednesday, March 19th at 7:00 p.m. at the Hall (312901 Dereham Line)
• Sweaburg Parks and Recreation: Tuesday, April 15th at 7:00 p.m. at the Sweaburg Church (474171 Dodge Line)
• Hilltop Park: November (exact date TBD) at the Mount Elgin Community Centre
