Nature and Extent of Relief Applied for:
Relief is requested from the following provisions of the Township of South-West Oxford Zoning By-law No. 25-98 to facilitate the construction of a new detached 105 m2 (1,125 ft2) accessory structure (shed/garage) to replace the existing frame shed on the property:
- Relief from Section 6.1A a), to permit a cargo container (160 ft2) on the subject lands;
- Relief from Section 6.1.1.3. – Table 6.1.1.3. – Regulations for Accessory Uses, to increase the maximum permitted lot coverage from 75 m2 (807 ft2) to 140 m2 (1,510 ft2) to facilitate the construction of a new 125 m2 (1,350 ft2) accessory structure (garage).
The subject property is legally described as PT LT 7 CON BROKEN FRONT WEST OXFORD AS IN 471149 in the Township of South-West Oxford and is municipally known as 584620 Beachville Road. A sketch plan showing the location of the property is attached.
