TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Township of South-West Oxford will consider a by-law to permanently close and convey to Erik Neumann the following unopened road allowances:
Part of Kent St Pl 120 East of Main St; Culloden; South-West Oxford (PIN 000180012) – see map illustration below.
AND TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of South-West Oxford, pursuant to Sections 270 (1) 1, as applicable, of the Municipal Act, 2001, intends to consider a land sale and declare the above-mentioned lands as surplus to the current and future needs of the Township to affect the sale of the lands to Erik Neumann for a purchase price in the amount of $8,000 plus all applicable surveying and legal costs. The parcel of land is intended to be consolidated with Mr. Neumann’s property directly south of the subject lands.
