The Township of South-West Oxford is a proud partner of the Rural Economic Development Corporation (ROEDC), a non-profit organization consisting of representatives from the rural Townships of Norwich, Blandford-Blenheim, East Zorra-Tavistock, Zorra, and South-West Oxford.

The ROEDC was established throughout 2013-2014 to direct the overall economic development activities for Rural Oxford and is committed to helping people and business thrive in Rural Oxford. The ROEDC employs economic development professionals who strive to do everything possible to mitigate barriers that could hinder good business growth in our communities in a positive, timely, and confidential way.

- Workforce development including youth engagement, newcomer services, and cultivating entrepreneurship
- Business support including business retention strategies, training and support to our existing workforce, business networking
- Minimizing the "red tape" associated the development process during business expansion
- Fostering and supporting appealing communities and the encouragement of shopping locally
